Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
• Requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the order, including the order number or proof of purchase.
• Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, clean, with all tags attached.
• Size exchanges depend on availability in stock.
• Once you contact us, our team will review your request and reply via WhatsApp to confirm the process.
Notes:
• Shipping costs for return/exchange are covered by the customer.
• Processing takes 3–5 business days after receiving the item.
• Refunds are issued via Instapay, Vodafone Cash, or bank transfer.
• Items bought on sale or in bundles are not eligible for return or exchange.
